Solid Stay for a Central Trip
great location friendly staff helpful staff clean room
I appreciate the great location adjacent to Hyde Park. The closeness to Paddington Station was really convenient, I appreciate this. Staff was very friendly also helpful . My room felt safe and was cleaner than I expect.
The thermostat does not work, and the room stays a bit too warm.

Breakfast offers many choices and extends a long time on weekends. The breakfast room includes many tables near the glass wall. A meal option exists but I did not try it.

The hotel has a favorable situation opposite Hyde Park. The proximity to the underground central line is approximately 100m, I did note. There are transport links to many directions that works well.

The staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating to requests. I appreciated the quick response when I had a question. Staff addressed any concerns directly and efficiently.

Adequate stay near Hyde Park
ideal location friendly staff professional staff small room few coat hangers insufficient space
the location IS ideal. it is close to both Hyde Park and the Lancaster Gate tube station. i also appreciated that the area felt safe. the staff was professional AND friendly.
The room was quite small. It felt cramped. there were only four coat hangers, which wasn't enough for my needs. the bathroom lacked sufficient space AND storage.

Excellent Stay Near Hyde Park
perfect location fresh bedding friendly staff
The location was perfect, very close to local bus and underground stations. I discovered Paddington within a short walk. Fresh bedding and towels were available daily. The friendly staff at reception were always ready to assist.
The room decor seemed outdated. Bad smells lingered in the corridor. The carpets looked old and worn.

convenient location early check clean rooms
The location is very convenient with easy access to the subway station, markets, and Hyde Park. I was provided with an early check in and breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staff at reception provides great hospitality. I received complementary early check.
The room could have benefited from a broader selection of tea and coffee options.

I was very grateful for stella at reception. she allowed us to stay a bit longer before our departure. the return was amazing. The bar staff helped to open a bottle of wine. i appreciate the restaurant staff too.
the room was slightly smaller compared to my previous stay, which i noticed.
